Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Credizen website may process, why it is used, when it may be shared, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. Controller and contact details
Maloni s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company number 27207617, operates Credizen and is the controller for personal data processed directly by this website. Privacy requests can be sent to info@credizen.net.
A lender, broker, affiliate network, analytics provider, or other third party is a separate controller for information it collects on its own website or under its own instructions.
2. Information we may process
- Technical and security data, such as IP address, device and browser information, requested URL, timestamps, referral source, and diagnostic logs.
- Consent and preference data, including cookie choices, language, country, and saved comparison preferences.
- Contact details, such as name, email address, and telephone number, when you deliberately submit them through a contact, comparison, or application form hosted by Credizen.
- Comparison and application inputs, which may include requested amount and term, borrowing purpose, employment and income information, existing commitments, credit-profile answers, and other eligibility information shown in the relevant form.
- Usage and interaction data, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device events, scroll depth, and interactions with comparison tools.
- Affiliate-click and conversion data, such as a click identifier, provider and offer, country, referring page, campaign parameters, user agent, a hashed IP address, and a status returned by a partner where conversion tracking is enabled.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Depending on the feature and applicable law, we process information to provide a comparison or other requested service, remember choices, answer enquiries, secure the website, prevent fraud and abuse, measure and improve performance, attribute partner referrals, account for commissions, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The legal ground may be performance of a service you request, our legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with law. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it for future processing.
Credizen may use form answers to filter, rank, or match products. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, Credizen does not make a decision that approves or refuses credit and does not make a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects; each provider performs its own assessment under its own notice.
4. Partner websites and loan applications
Credizen is an information and comparison website, not a lender. Following a partner link may take you to a third-party website. Information entered there is received and controlled by that third party, not by Credizen, unless the page clearly states otherwise.
Some Credizen forms send the information shown in the form to a named provider, broker, or affiliate network so that it can return matches, contact you, or process an application. Where this applies, the page must identify the destination or explain the category of recipient before submission. Review that party's identity, privacy notice, permissions, and final terms before submitting personal or financial information.
5. Recipients and international transfers
We may use Microsoft Azure for hosting and storage, Google Analytics to measure use, Microsoft Clarity to understand page interactions, Google AdSense to deliver and measure advertising, consent-management services, communications providers, and affiliate networks or product providers selected through the service. A particular tool is used only where enabled for the page and, where required, after the relevant consent.
We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. Recipients receive only the access reasonably needed for their role. If data is transferred internationally, we use the safeguards required by applicable law. We do not promise that every recipient or server is located in your country.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, support, accounting, dispute, and legal-compliance needs. Retention varies by data category and provider. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, unless law requires longer retention.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You may also be entitled to complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to the contact address below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information needed to document the request.
8. Cookies, consent, security, and children
Strictly necessary storage may be used to provide security, remember privacy choices, and operate requested features. Analytics, session-recording, and advertising technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers. Where the law requires prior consent, those technologies should not be activated until you choose them. You can revisit the consent controls where available and use browser settings, although blocking necessary storage may affect the service.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Credizen is intended for adults and is not designed to knowingly collect loan-comparison or application information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law.
