1. Operator and acceptance

Credizen is operated by Maloni s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company number 27207617. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Credizen does

Credizen publishes general financial information, comparison content, directories, and links to third-party providers. Credizen does not itself lend money, approve applications, set a lender's price, provide personalised financial advice, or become a party to a credit agreement. A page will state clearly if a particular feature works differently.

3. Eligibility and user responsibilities

• Use the service only if you have legal capacity and meet the age requirements that apply where you live.
• Provide accurate information and use the site only for lawful personal purposes.
• Assess affordability and verify the identity, licence or registration, fees, total cost, repayment schedule, and complaint process of any provider.
• Do not treat an estimated result, ranking, or example as approval, an offer, or a recommendation tailored to you.

4. Third-party offers and agreements

Providers decide whether to offer a product and on what terms. Availability, eligibility, rates, fees, and examples may change and may not cover the whole market. The provider's current disclosure and signed agreement prevail over information displayed on Credizen. Any contract is between you and the provider, and disputes about that contract should normally be raised with the provider.

5. Commercial relationships

Credizen may receive a referral fee or commission when you follow a link, submit an application, or obtain a product from a partner. This supports the service. Commercial relationships may affect which providers are available or displayed, so a comparison must not be understood as a complete market survey.

6. No advice or guarantee

Content is general information, not financial, legal, tax, or credit advice. We do not guarantee approval, savings, accuracy at a future date, uninterrupted access, or that a product is suitable for you. Check primary documents and seek qualified advice when needed.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, make fraudulent requests, or systematically copy content or data without permission. Credizen content, software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law, subject to lawful quotation and other mandatory exceptions.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credizen is not responsible for a third party's decision, conduct, website, product, contract, collection activity, or failure to perform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights.

9. Availability, suspension, and changes

We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue content or features. We may restrict access needed to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse. Updated terms apply prospectively from the date displayed, subject to notice or consent requirements under applicable law.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Czech law. This choice does not remove mandatory protections or courts available to consumers under the law of their country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You may also use any regulator, ombudsman, alternative-dispute body, or court available under applicable law.
