Verified local facts
Send one personal loan cost uncertainty to the station whose evidence object can answer it, then keep the station's result within its stated boundary.
Evidence and limitations
Every station names its input document, controlling field, observation date, output status and the fact owner able to clarify a gap.
Questions to ask before signing
A single comparison table can make an interpretation, cash-flow reconstruction and contractual total appear interchangeable even when they answer different questions.
Decision checklist
Choose the uncertainty, open only the relevant working object, stop at an unsupported field and move to another station only through an explicit hand-off.
Enter through the uncertainty review
Write one sentence describing what cannot yet be decided. Examples include the net cash that would arrive, why scheduled payments do not reconcile, what balance an interest label refers to, whether a charge is compulsory, or whether two proposals use the same scenario. Attach the exact private document reference and date without uploading it to Credizen. The desk assigns a station; it does not calculate an answer. If the question combines several uncertainties, split it into separate tickets. This prevents a familiar percentage or payment figure from dictating the investigation. A personal loan document can be complete for one purpose and unusable for another, so every ticket must state the decision it is meant to support.
Use the receipt station for funds delivered
The receipt station distinguishes requested amount, financed amount, deductions and net funds actually made available. It uses the reader's current proposal or disbursement document, never an amount copied from a public page. Each entry keeps its currency, sign, timing and document locator. A deduction is not silently treated as a later payment, and a financed charge is not counted twice. The output is a cash-received map, not total cost or affordability. If the denomination is missing, the ticket remains blocked. The Reserve Bank of Malawi identifies the kwacha as Malawi's currency, but only the private document can establish the denomination of a particular personal loan obligation.
Use the calendar station for scheduled outflows
The calendar station transcribes every dated or periodic payment from the controlling schedule. Regular instalments, irregular payments, balloon amounts and separately timed compulsory outflows occupy different rows. The operator records source page, due event, amount, currency and whether the row is included in another total. No frequency is inferred from a product label. A missing date or unexplained change opens a provider question instead of a guessed sequence. The station's output is a reproducible payment calendar. It does not say that the household can afford the pattern, that a provider will approve the request or that an early settlement amount is known.
Use the language station for interest wording
The language station receives the exact phrase used in a quotation. It identifies the referenced balance, time unit, calculation convention, change mechanism and location in the payment sequence. Nominal interest, total interest, an indicative calculator label and total borrower outflow remain separate concepts. The station never renames a field as an annual percentage rate or effective measure unless the issuer's document uses and defines that expression. Checked provider pages can reveal which questions to ask, not an applicant's price. Ambiguous wording is returned to the authenticated institution with a narrow written question. The output is interpreted, conditional or unresolved wording, not a numeric comparison.
Use the perimeter station for charges
The perimeter station lists each named fee, insurance condition, security-related outflow and other mandatory component outside the interest label. It marks whether the item is deducted, financed, paid separately, included in scheduled payments or contingent on an event. Optional and unknown are different states. A blank never becomes zero or free. The station also records the document version that supports each treatment so a later schedule cannot silently overwrite it. Its output is a charge perimeter ready for reconciliation with the cash and calendar stations. It does not produce a market-wide fee list or claim that a shorter perimeter makes one personal loan cheaper.
Use the event station for conditional costs
Late payment, early settlement, insurance activation, security enforcement and document change belong to event branches rather than the ordinary payment path. The event station records the trigger, governing document and the information still required. It does not insert a hypothetical amount into the base comparison. If the reader is evaluating an actual event, a current written statement from the responsible institution becomes a new input and the earlier branch remains preserved. This architecture prevents a possible consequence from being charged as certain while also preventing it from disappearing. The output is a set of named scenarios with unknowns visible, not a prediction about behaviour, default or remedy.
Use the alignment station for two proposals
Only the alignment station places two proposals beside each other. It checks that purpose, requested amount basis, contractual currency, timing window, document date and field definitions are sufficiently matched. Each station output is compared with its counterpart: receipt with receipt, calendar with calendar, language with language and perimeter with perimeter. An unmatched input stops that row. The station never converts currencies silently, averages conflicting values or ranks providers by document completeness. Its output is comparable, conditional, contradicted or blocked for the named scenario. A cleaner document is not automatically a better or more suitable personal loan.
Use the resolution station for provider questions
A blocked ticket moves to the resolution station with the exact field, document version, discrepancy and requested explanation. Contact details must be obtained independently. The reply is preserved privately and may close only the question it clearly answers. If the issue becomes a complaint, the checked Reserve Bank of Malawi consumer page describes a provider-first step, an internal appeal process and possible recourse to the Registrar when dissatisfaction remains. That sequence does not promise a response time or outcome. The review closes with a dated ticket register showing answered, conditional, disputed and unresolved items, allowing the reader to choose another guide without merging the stations' conclusions.
