Verified local facts
Build an approval-claim contradiction dossier in which each evidence rung is authenticated, attributed and bounded before any challenge proceeds.
Evidence and limitations
The dossier keeps the captured claim, provider identity check, written evidence rung, conditions, response and appeal state as separately owned private records.
Questions to ask before signing
A familiar logo, urgent message or application status can be mistaken for a final decision when its source, conditions and relationship to written evidence remain unknown.
Decision checklist
Freeze one claim, authenticate its route, compare it with provider-controlled writing, isolate contradictions and challenge unresolved wording through documented provider-first states.

Decision checklist
article article 4 6 Malawi decision path: Freeze one approval claim exactly -> Separate evidence categories before comparing -> Authenticate provider and channel independently
Freeze one approval claim exactly
Choose one personal loan approval statement and preserve its exact private wording, date, time, channel, sender label, destination and the action that preceded it. Record whether it appeared in advertising, a calculator, an application flow, a message, a call summary or a document, without deciding what that category means legally. Do not paraphrase several statements into a stronger promise. Credizen does not receive the screenshot, message, application reference or applicant identity. The dossier opens as captured only when the reader can reproduce where the wording appeared. If the original cannot be preserved, record a memory note as unverified and do not elevate it to documentary evidence.
Separate evidence categories before comparing
Place advertising language, estimates, calculator output, submission acknowledgements, requests for information, conditional wording, status labels, provider explanations, written decisions and signed documents on separate evidence rungs. The labels organise the comparison; they do not decide legal force. Do not treat an application receipt as approval, a headline as a contract or a conditional statement as proof that its conditions were met. Preserve each item in its original private context and record who controls the source. Separating rungs prevents an attractive phrase from borrowing authority from a later document and keeps a provider response from silently replacing the exact approval claim being challenged.
Authenticate provider and channel independently
Verify the provider identity and contact route using current details obtained independently of the disputed claim. Compare the sender domain, phone route, account context or document origin privately, but do not publish identifiers or ask Credizen to authenticate them. A familiar name, logo, Malawi reference or prior conversation does not establish that the claim came from the provider. Mark the route authenticated only for the evidence actually checked; do not extend that state to every message or intermediary. If identity or channel remains uncertain, stop the evidence ladder at unauthenticated and contact the provider through a clean route. This state makes no accusation and predicts no personal loan decision.
Build the written evidence ladder
Start with the frozen claim and add only provider-controlled writing that can be linked to it: a current explanation, stated conditions, decision communication, proposal or agreement actually held by the reader. Give each rung a date, source, custodian and relationship to the claim. A later item may clarify, support, contradict or leave the statement unresolved; it does not automatically erase the earlier wording. Preserve missing rungs as named gaps. The checked Reserve Bank of Malawi page lists Disclosure Requirements for Credit Products among market-conduct instruments, but this guide has not reviewed that instrument's full contents and does not infer a particular disclosure duty from its title.
Map conditions and unknowns explicitly
Create one row for every condition stated in the captured claim or authenticated provider writing. Record the wording, who is said to assess it, the evidence source and whether its state is confirmed, disputed or unknown. Do not infer satisfaction from silence, a completed form, a status colour or an applicant's expectation. Do not infer rejection from a request for further information. If the claim omits conditions that later writing introduces, preserve the discrepancy without deciding whether the omission is misleading in law. A personal borrowing outcome remains unknown until the provider's authenticated written material states it, and this guide never substitutes its own eligibility judgment.
Keep currency outside claim legitimacy
If the claim or related document contains a value in Malawi kwacha (MWK), record the field and source only inside the reader's private dossier. Do not publish the amount, compare it with an invented market benchmark or treat familiar currency formatting as evidence that the sender, channel or approval statement is genuine. A mismatch between two private sources becomes a contradiction row describing both labels and dates. It does not prove manipulation, fraud, approval or contractual effect. The dossier can ask the provider which value and document apply, but an answer must remain attributed to its authenticated source. Currency context and decision evidence stay on separate rungs.
Classify the evidence relationship
Supported means the authenticated provider writing repeats the limited statement and its relevant conditions without a material conflict. Contradicted means two preserved sources make incompatible statements about the same defined point. Incomplete means a necessary source, condition or provider answer is absent. Unauthenticated means the claim's origin or response route cannot be established. These are dossier states, not findings that a claim is lawful, unlawful, binding, fraudulent or enforceable. Record the exact compared passages privately and the reason for the state. Where interpretation is uncertain, retain incomplete and seek suitable independent advice rather than turning the classification into a public accusation or approval promise.
Challenge through provider-first states
Send the provider a narrow private challenge that quotes the disputed wording, identifies the evidence conflict and requests a specific clarification or correction. Authenticate the route, retain the submission receipt and distinguish acknowledgement from a substantive answer. The Reserve Bank of Malawi consumer page describes a sequence beginning with the financial service provider, continuing through its internal appeal process and potentially reaching the Registrar when dissatisfaction remains. Preserve each state and unresolved question before considering the next one. The page does not establish a filing deadline, violation, correction duty, refund, compensation or likely outcome. An absent receipt or incomplete internal appeal blocks the later route in this method.
Close without converting the result into approval
Corrected records the provider's attributed change while preserving the original claim and response. Preserved means the evidence is retained but no further process step is currently selected. Incomplete or unauthenticated remains open and cannot be reframed as approval, rejection or misconduct. Record a closing date, evidence owner and reopening trigger such as a new message, written decision, changed condition, provider correction or appeal response. Do not announce success, approval, disbursement, enforcement or recovery from a dossier state. Keep all private files outside Credizen and remove working copies according to the reader's secure practice and applicable advice. The final output is an auditable comparison, not a promised personal loan result.
