Report a Zimbabwe personal loan information problem to Credizen

Credizen’s public feedback address is info@credizen.net. Use it to report a factual error, broken primary source, unclear evidence boundary or problem with Zimbabwe personal loan information shown on Credizen. Include the relevant page address, the exact statement being questioned, the date observed and a reliable source that may support a correction. Do not send a personal loan application, identity document, bank statement, password, authentication code or complete financial file. Credizen cannot approve borrowing, change a provider’s agreement, trace a payment or decide a complaint against CBZ, Stanbic or another institution. Active account, application and contractual matters must remain with the relevant institution through its verified channel.

How to submit a useful factual correction

Send the relevant Credizen page address to info@credizen.net and identify the sentence, provider name, product name, locality or source link that may be wrong. Explain the issue briefly and include the date on which you observed it. Where possible, provide a current primary source controlled by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, ZIMSTAT or the institution responsible for the claim. A screenshot can help explain what appeared, but an official page or dated provider document is stronger evidence. Credizen can then compare the disputed wording with the available source and determine whether the statement should be corrected, narrowed or removed. The feedback channel does not require an application number, full agreement or financial history. Remove unrelated personal information before sending supporting material.

Keep applications and sensitive documents with the institution

Do not send an application, identity copy, proof of residence, payslip, bank statement, account credentials or authentication code to Credizen. Credizen does not receive or forward personal loan applications. If a guide helped you identify the CBZ Consumer Loan or Stanbic Unsecured Personal Loan, return to the institution through its official Zimbabwe domain and ask which verified channel currently receives documents. Confirm the legal entity, recipient and purpose before sending anything sensitive. An advert, copied product name or familiar logo does not prove that a message is genuine. If someone using the Credizen name asks for an advance payment, banking credential or secret transfer, stop and report the non-sensitive evidence to info@credizen.net. Do not continue through the channel supplied by that person.

Contact the provider about an active request or agreement

Questions about amount, exact currency, interest, fees, insurance, repayment period, instalment, total repayment, eligibility, approval, payout timing or availability must be answered by the relevant institution for the current request. Contact the provider if a quotation is incomplete, a repayment schedule differs from the agreement, an entry appears wrong or repayment is becoming difficult. Preserve the quotation, schedule, agreement, statements, receipts and correspondence in date order. Explain the disputed entry and requested remedy in writing and ask the institution to acknowledge the matter. Credizen can correct its own explanatory content but cannot change a provider’s records, suspend an instalment or decide compensation. The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Consumer Hub provides the official consumer-protection context where a reader needs to understand the wider complaint pathway.

Report a broken or changed evidence source

A provider page or official document can move, change or become temporarily unreadable. Report the affected Credizen page, source address, date and behaviour observed. A broken link alone does not prove that an institution closed or a product ended. Credizen should recheck the legal identity, official domain and product evidence before changing the statement. Until reliable evidence returns, the affected claim may need to remain unknown or be withheld. Do not use the feedback address to send confidential provider correspondence unless the specific wording is essential and all personal details have been removed. Credizen does not promise an individual response time or a particular correction outcome; the evidence determines what can responsibly be changed.

Submit a reproducible correction

Identify the page, statement, observation date and primary source that demonstrates the problem. Explain whether the issue concerns identity, product evidence, currency, city data, a broken link or wording. Send the smallest necessary excerpt and remove account, identity and payment data. Credizen can correct editorial content; it cannot negotiate a personal loan, suspend a repayment deadline or decide a contractual complaint.

Route financial disputes to the responsible institution

For a quotation, application, contract, debit or personal-data dispute, use the verified provider channel and preserve its response. Use relevant Reserve Bank consumer guidance for escalation boundaries. Record the fact, date, document and remedy requested without publishing sensitive data. A message to an editorial contact does not substitute for a provider or regulatory process and does not guarantee an outcome.
