Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Credizen, an informational and comparison website operated by Maloni. They do not govern a loan or other product supplied by a third party.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. Operator and acceptance
Credizen is operated by Maloni s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company number 27207617. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Credizen does
Credizen publishes general financial information, comparison content, directories, and links to third-party providers. Credizen does not itself lend money, approve applications, set a lender's price, provide personalised financial advice, or become a party to a credit agreement. A page will state clearly if a particular feature works differently.
3. Eligibility and user responsibilities
- Use the service only if you have legal capacity and meet the age requirements that apply where you live.
- Provide accurate information and use the site only for lawful personal purposes.
- Assess affordability and verify the identity, licence or registration, fees, total cost, repayment schedule, and complaint process of any provider.
- Do not treat an estimated result, ranking, or example as approval, an offer, or a recommendation tailored to you.
4. Third-party offers and agreements
Providers decide whether to offer a product and on what terms. Availability, eligibility, rates, fees, and examples may change and may not cover the whole market. The provider's current disclosure and signed agreement prevail over information displayed on Credizen. Any contract is between you and the provider, and disputes about that contract should normally be raised with the provider.
5. Commercial relationships
Credizen may receive a referral fee or commission when you follow a link, submit an application, or obtain a product from a partner. This supports the service. Commercial relationships may affect which providers are available or displayed, so a comparison must not be understood as a complete market survey.
6. No advice or guarantee
Content is general information, not financial, legal, tax, or credit advice. We do not guarantee approval, savings, accuracy at a future date, uninterrupted access, or that a product is suitable for you. Check primary documents and seek qualified advice when needed.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, make fraudulent requests, or systematically copy content or data without permission. Credizen content, software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law, subject to lawful quotation and other mandatory exceptions.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credizen is not responsible for a third party's decision, conduct, website, product, contract, collection activity, or failure to perform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights.
9. Availability, suspension, and changes
We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue content or features. We may restrict access needed to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse. Updated terms apply prospectively from the date displayed, subject to notice or consent requirements under applicable law.
10. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Czech law. This choice does not remove mandatory protections or courts available to consumers under the law of their country of residence. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You may also use any regulator, ombudsman, alternative-dispute body, or court available under applicable law.

Terms for using the Irish information
The pages support research and education. They do not create a credit offer, intermediary relationship or duty to approve an application. Product conditions can change after review, so a user must verify the current official disclosure before acting.
Role boundary: Credizen is not a lender or financial adviser. It does not decide applications, set personal rates or disburse funds.
Evidence discipline: Treat the review date as part of every fact. A product can remain available while a displayed rate example becomes too old to present as current. Reopen the official source, preserve the amount and term attached to each example, and request current pre-contract information whenever a public field is missing or dated.
- Use the comparison for personal research and preserve the source date.
- Do not republish a summary as if it were binding provider documentation.
- Brand names belong to their owners; an official link is evidence, not endorsement.
The comparison unit is a financial product
The Irish pages follow the same structural principle as the Canadian reference: compare a concrete product from a provider, not only the provider's name. Every indexed provider has at least one current named product, official product URL, verification status and review date. Amount, term, APR and representative costs remain attached to that product. Where a provider publishes several materially different variants, they should be separate records rather than blended into a favourable brand-wide range.
Missing evidence is kept visible. For example, a live product page may retain an old dated rate table. In that case the product can remain verifiably available while the current APR field stays empty and the limitation is explained. Credizen does not infer a rate from marketing language, copy a different product's minimum, or turn an unknown value into zero.
Compare one scenario and keep the full cost visible
Choose one principal and one repayment term before testing providers. Record the APR, instalment frequency, total cost of credit, total amount repayable, mandatory fees, variable or fixed rate, and treatment of early repayment. CCPC guidance is especially important here: APR comparisons require the same amount and term; when terms differ, cost of credit helps expose the effect of borrowing for longer.
A low monthly instalment can reflect a longer term rather than a cheaper loan. A starting APR can apply only to a strong profile or particular amount band. A fast decision can mean an initial automated response rather than final approval and funding. Read the current Standard European Consumer Credit Information and the agreement, then test the payment against essential expenses and a reasonable buffer.
Irish sources, regulatory boundary and update discipline
Provider and product facts come first from official Irish product pages and terms. Regulatory status and consumer-protection context are checked through the Central Bank of Ireland; borrowing guidance comes from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. The Central Credit Register contains qualifying credit information and may be consulted during an application. The lender remains solely responsible for underwriting, the personal price and contractual decision.
Material changes to amount, term, APR, fees, availability, legal provider or regulatory status trigger a review. The current register is non-commercial: provider ratings and commissions are zero, and links lead to the official source. Editorial ordering follows evidence freshness and disclosure completeness, not payment. Readers can report a correction with the affected URL and primary evidence.
Practical stop conditions
Stop before applying if the legal provider is unclear, an upfront payment is demanded for guaranteed credit, the total repayable cannot be established, or the payment removes the household buffer. Pause when new borrowing would service existing arrears. In difficulty, contact the present creditor early and consult official Irish consumer and debt-support information rather than treating a new loan as the automatic answer.
