Evidence reviewed
Help a Mauritius household lock one quotation scenario using attributable evidence and a stop condition.
Decision checklist
The twin chamber seals one household specification, quarantines deviations and releases only responses whose assumptions can be compared without repair by the editor; review marker 105 applies this device only to “lock one quotation scenario Mauritius” and the evidence boundaries named on this page.
Write the sealed specification
Describe the project, amount that must reach the payee, MUR, useful date and requested repayment horizon. Add the documents required for evaluation: quotation, schedule, charge list, rate basis and validity. Do not include unnecessary personal material merely to ask whether a comparable response can be produced. The specification is neutral and does not borrow a provider's maximum or preferred term. Everyone reviewing the pair uses this same card.
Record the arrival condition
Stamp each response with owner, product, date, expiry, channel and document set. Keep screenshots and personal documents apart. A response arriving for a different product or after the useful date does not enter the twin room. Public MCB or MauBank pages cannot repair a missing personal schedule. The arrival record protects comparison from version drift before numbers are considered.
Quarantine amount deviations
Compare nominal capital, deductions, direct payments and useful cash with the sealed specification. A quotation that uses a provider maximum, adds an optional amount or produces insufficient net proceeds moves to a deviation room. Do not normalise it through arithmetic alone. Ask for a new response or revise the household specification explicitly for both sides. The chamber preserves why the first response was unsuitable.
Quarantine timing deviations
Check start date, first payment, frequency, term and final obligation. A different horizon may change both instalment and total. It cannot be accepted silently because it makes one response appear cheaper or easier. Record whether the requested setting was unavailable or merely not addressed. If the household chooses a new horizon, reseal the specification and obtain equivalent evidence from every side. Preserve the rejected timetable beside the new request so reviewers can see exactly which dates changed and why the earlier response remains outside the matched pair.
Quarantine perimeter deviations
List which fees, insurance, account conditions and event charges are included, excluded or silent. MCB's rates material remains attached only to MCB evidence. MauBank statements remain with MauBank. A broader disclosed perimeter is not punished, and a narrow one is not rewarded. The chamber asks for the missing information until the normal and conditional cost boundaries are visible.
Mask brand names for the release test
Give a reviewer the sealed specification and redacted responses. Ask whether both address the same useful amount, timing and evidence perimeter. The reviewer must identify deviations without prestige, advertising or familiarity influencing release. If the pair cannot be classified anonymously, the problem becomes a new release condition. Brand masking tests comparability; it does not erase genuine product differences. After the verdict, restore the legal names and verify that every figure returns to the correct owner. A redaction key records page, field and provider so anonymity cannot accidentally swap terms. The reviewer then repeats only the ownership check, not the preference judgement. This two-stage procedure separates commercial influence from attribution accuracy.
Release with a difference schedule
A released pair receives a schedule listing every legitimate difference: rate mechanism, total outflow, timing, security, conditions and unanswered items. Do not average the figures or create a composite offer. Send the pair to the cash-flow and household-capacity tools. Release shows that assumptions are aligned enough for analysis, not that one side is best or that either side will accept the reader.
Archive every quarantine decision
Number each rejected version, record its deviation and state the document needed for reconsideration. This prevents an attractive old number from returning later without its mismatch. Close with the date, reviewers and household choice to proceed, reseal, reduce or stop. A provider approval received later is a new event and document; it cannot retrospectively validate an earlier incomparable response. The archive also carries a release certificate for every matched pair. It lists the sealed inputs, accepted differences, remaining unknowns and reviewer who confirmed that neither response was editorially repaired. Attach a source matrix showing which MCB or MauBank document owns each public statement and which fields come only from the personal response. The certificate forbids four shortcuts: converting a provider range into the sealed amount, using one provider's charge to complete the other, changing a term to equalise instalments, and reading application language as approval. After release, send the pair through two independent checkpoints. The cost checkpoint checks useful cash, all normal flows and conditional exposure. The capacity checkpoint places those flows on the household calendar with protected essentials. Passing both checkpoints still produces only a prepared household preference. Provider assessment is a third checkpoint owned by the institution and may yield different terms or no offer. Any changed term returns the response to quarantine under a new version number. A final anonymous review asks whether the difference schedule would lead to the same next action with brand names hidden. If not, identify the unrecorded commercial influence. This certificate makes comparability auditable and keeps the chamber from becoming a ranking machine.
