Verified local facts
The correction ticket captures the smallest safe evidence package needed to repair public information and routes every other case away from Credizen.
Choose the ticket lane
Use the correction lane for an inaccurate, outdated, mistranslated or broken public claim. Use the general lane for a non-sensitive question about how content works. Do not use either lane to apply, submit banking documents or seek a decision on a dispute. A bank-service complaint and a data-protection complaint have different responsible recipients; Credizen is not either authority.
Identify the public target
Provide the exact Credizen address, heading and sentence concerned. Describe what a reader currently understands and the narrow point believed wrong. A screenshot can help locate presentation, but a linkable primary record is needed for an external factual change. Do not paste unrelated correspondence or an entire contract. Precise targeting reduces unnecessary disclosure and lets the editor find every dependent passage.
Attach competent evidence
Name the source owner, exact address, title, relevant passage and date checked. Explain why that owner is competent for the claim. A social post or copied advertisement cannot replace the responsible institution's record. If sources conflict, include both and do not select a winner by preference. The correction reviewer will confirm jurisdiction and chronology before changing public wording.
State the requested remedy
Ask to confirm, narrow, replace, remove, relabel or repair a link. Supply proposed wording only as a suggestion; editors must verify scope and language independently. A request to erase an unfavourable but supported fact is not treated as evidence. The ticket records the decision and reason, making the result inspectable without promising that every report produces a change.
Exclude sensitive material
Do not send national identifiers, account numbers, income records, passwords, application files or another person's data. Redact irrelevant details from any necessary screenshot. For personal-data rights or a suspected breach, consult the current Data Protection Office route and authenticate it independently. Credizen needs a public claim and public evidence, not proof of the reporter's financial life.
Route banking complaints correctly
Bank of Mauritius material describes complaint procedure in its scope. Follow the current official instructions and first identify the institution, event, evidence and remedy sought. Credizen cannot submit, investigate or decide that case. A content ticket may separately report that our page describes the procedure incorrectly, but the two records must not be merged.
Handle suspicious contact safely
Preserve a suspicious message, stop payment or disclosure and authenticate the claimed institution independently. The official scam warning provides general context, not a finding about a named sender. Do not forward passwords or a complete identity file to Credizen. If our page or advertisement appears to have directed the contact, identify the public placement and destination safely so it can be examined.
Close with a visible outcome
The editorial reply states whether the claim was confirmed, narrowed, replaced, removed or remains unresolved for lack of competent evidence. It names the affected public version and may request one specific source. It does not announce the success of a bank or data complaint. A closed ticket contains enough detail to reproduce the editorial decision while avoiding unnecessary personal material.
