Verified local facts
The application evidence cabinet assigns every item a verified owner, validity period, disclosure purpose, authenticated recipient and receipt without converting readiness into acceptance.
Evidence and limitations
Retain the official quotation, repayment schedule, product URL, assumptions and verification date in one worksheet.
Questions to ask before signing
Debt-service capacity, insurance and variable-rate changes belong in the affordability check.
Decision checklist
Shortlist at least two comparable named products and confirm current terms directly before submitting personal data.
Open a drawer for the exact application
Record product owner, page, purpose, amount, date and authenticated channel. Do not reuse a folder built for another institution or product. MCB and MauBank publish different statements, and neither page proves the reader qualifies. A changed product opens a new drawer. This keeps documents and criteria from drifting across applications.
Use the identity wallet
Check document holder, issuing body, validity, readable fields and disclosure purpose. Send only through an authenticated destination. A copy prepared for preliminary organisation is not automatic consent to transmit it. Data-access guidance does not tell a lender which document to request. Missing or inconsistent identity evidence becomes a question, not a fabricated correction.
Use the income conveyor
Arrange evidence by actual period and arrival date. Separate regular wages, variable receipts and exceptional inflows without smoothing them into a preferred story. Provider checklists remain provider-specific. The conveyor delivers an honest chronology and flags gaps requiring explanation. It does not calculate the provider's assessment or turn document completeness into probable approval.
Use the commitment observatory
List current obligations from household records with owner, balance evidence and due date. The official MCIB participant list supports participant status only; it cannot reveal a reader's file, score or decision. If personal-data access is needed, identify the responsible organisation and current procedure. Keep disclosure, access and provider assessment as separate orbits.
Use the criterion matrix
Copy each visible criterion from the exact current product publication and pair it with truthful evidence, unknown or not applicable. Do not infer eligibility from meeting one condition or transplant wording between providers. A matrix can show readiness to answer; it cannot see unpublished assessment rules. Ambiguity is routed back to the product owner in writing.
Use the application airlock
Permit one submission only after identity, destination, minimum data, consent and receipt method are checked. Log active requests and avoid sending the same dossier through several unauthenticated routes. Spacing is a privacy and control practice, not a promise about credit outcomes. Close or resolve one airlock before opening another unless the household deliberately documents why.
Use the review runway
Mark received, under assessment, information requested, decided, signed and disbursed as separate positions. Acknowledgement is not approval; approval is not contract review; signature is not disbursement. Record only provider-owned status messages. The runway prevents urgency language from collapsing time and keeps a fallback active when a response has no guaranteed date. A monthly cabinet inspection begins with expiry, not with a new application. Remove superseded copies from the active drawer, preserve the history needed to explain what was sent, and mark every unresolved request. The household then tests one sample item from each drawer: can another adult identify its owner, purpose, recipient and receipt without relying on memory? If not, the drawer remains open. This inspection also keeps three questions apart. Documentary readiness asks whether evidence is current. Provider assessment asks what the responsible institution decides under its own process. Household acceptance asks whether proposed terms remain suitable after cost and capacity review. Passing one question never answers either of the others. The final cabinet note records only verified facts, named uncertainties and the next responsible owner.
Issue the cabinet index
List items held, items sent, purpose, recipient, receipts, open questions and next review trigger. The household keeps private originals; Credizen receives none. A complete index means the evidence can be retraced, not that MCB, MauBank or another institution will approve it. Changed criteria, destination or requested data reopen the corresponding drawer only. The cabinet index also distinguishes evidence ownership from decision ownership: the applicant owns truthful disclosure, the source owner controls published wording, the provider controls assessment, and the household controls voluntary acceptance. A review card names which owner must act next. Application evidence room 23 orders the preparation journey as follows: Open a drawer for the exact application — Use the identity wallet — Use the income conveyor — Use the commitment observatory — Use the criterion matrix — Use the application airlock — Use the review runway — Issue the cabinet index. The reader creates separate trays for identity, address, income, existing commitments, quotation facts and authenticated delivery. Every tray carries a date, owner and unresolved question; private documents never become public claims. The 4 cited source owners provide only their stated institutional context. A missing tray pauses submission rather than inviting a guessed value, while a destination check protects sensitive records from an unauthenticated channel. The room ends with a receipt trail, correction route and explicit stop option. It describes disciplined preparation, not eligibility, acceptance likelihood or a live product offer.
