How do I file a complaint about a lender?

If you have a complaint about an NCR-registered lender, contact the National Credit Regulator (NCR) at 0860 627 627 or visit www.ncr.org.za. You can also reach the Credit Ombud at 0861 662 837.

How long does it take to get a response?

We typically respond to email inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM SAST). Partnership inquiries may take up to 48 hours.

Can Credizen help me get approved for a loan?

We cannot guarantee approval. Our AI matches you with lenders most likely to approve your application based on your profile, but the final decision is always made by the lender.
