Provider evidence review · South Africa
uApply loan: verify the legal provider before sharing data
Current authoritative evidence was not sufficient to publish uApply’s legal provider identity or commercial terms as facts. The historical URL remains useful as a verification checklist rather than a fabricated review.

Short answer
Do not rely on a brand name alone. Before applying, identify the legal credit provider, match its NCRCP number in the NCR register, and obtain a current pre-agreement statement and quotation.
What the evidence supports
Missing evidence is shown explicitly. The page is still useful because it explains the minimum proof needed before a consumer proceeds.
| Claim | Status | Finding |
|---|---|---|
| Current legal entity and NCRCP registration | UNKNOWN | No sufficiently current authoritative match was established for publication. |
| Current amount, rate, fees and term | UNKNOWN | No verified current first-party terms were available for this recovery. |
| Approval, payout timing and availability | UNKNOWN | These claims cannot be inferred from historical affiliate data. |
Evidence required to identify the provider
A legitimate application should name the legal credit provider, company registration details, NCRCP number, physical or service address and complaint channel. Search the NCR register using the legal name and number.
If the site is a broker or lead generator rather than the creditor, it should identify who receives the application and which provider issues the quotation. Do not infer that the website brand is the lender.
Documents required before acceptance
The pre-agreement statement and quotation should set out the principal, interest, initiation and service fees, insurance where applicable, instalments and total cost. The contract should match those figures.
Do not upload bank statements or identity documents until the destination and privacy notice are verified. Never provide a banking password to a caller or pay an upfront release fee.
How this page will become more specific
Provider-specific figures can be added only after a current official document and legal-entity match are captured in the evidence ledger. Marketing copy or old affiliate feeds are not enough.
Until then, UNKNOWN is the accurate status. It is safer and more useful than presenting stale rates, invented ratings or guaranteed timing.
Checks to complete before you accept
- Match the website, legal name and regulator entry; do not rely on a logo or advert alone.
- Read the pre-agreement disclosure and contract before entering an OTP or signing.
- Record the cash received, every mandatory charge, total repayment and each due date.
- Check what happens after a missed payment and which complaint channel applies.
- Reject any request for an upfront payment to release a loan or for a password or PIN.
- Keep a copy of the offer and compare alternatives using total cost over the same period.
What this page does not promise
Credizen does not currently assert that uApply is available, registered under a particular entity, or offers a stated amount, price, approval rate or payout time.
